The Relief Station helps your troops' Speed when you're moving between your own and allies' cities.
The benefit from the Relief Station only applies to troops that are sent from that city. Players with 2 cities will need to build and upgrade a Relief Station in both cities to increase the speed of transport in either direction.

How to Build
To build your first, level 1 Relief Station, you must first:
- build a Farm in the field view and raise it to level 5.
- build a Mine in the field view and raise it to level 3.
- build an Alchemy Lab in the city and raise it to level 5.
- build a Blacksmith in the city at level 1.
- build a Stable in the city at level 1.
- research Mining in the alchemy lab to level 1.
- research Metal Alloys in the alchemy lab to level 1.
- research Alloy Horseshoes in the alchemy lab to level 1.
- and finally, you can build a Relief Station at level 1.
Each additional level upgrade on the Relief Station will require you to:
- upgrade your Mine in the field view, if it is currently the same level as the Relief Station
- upgrade your Blacksmith in the city
- upgrade your Stable in the city
- upgrade your Alchemy Lab in the city, if it is currently the same level as the Relief Station
- upgrade your Mining research in the alchemy lab
- upgrade your Metal Alloys research in the alchemy lab
- upgrade your Alloy Horseshoes research in the alchemy lab
- then you can upgrade your Relief Station to the next level.
Note that you only have to do all of these building and research upgrades in one city. Once they are completed, you can upgrade your Relief Station in your second and third cities without all of these prerequisites. (The second and third cities still require a Level 1 Stable and a level 5 Farm.)
