Levies

Once every 15 minutes, you can levy your subjects: a one-off tax. You get a substantial amount, but there is a short-term "cost" - the population happiness drops by 20% (though dropping below 50% doesn't cause a rebellion. As a result, the population starts dropping; however, the happiness recovers after about 2 hours, along with the population.

If you try to levy too soon, you get a notice: "You can only levy once every 15 minutes".

Level 11

Level 11 Castle is BY FAR the most important building in your city...it gives you more wilds, and more might, and the ability to build level 11 buildings.
